There are five implementation plan options:
Plus&Minus consultants are responsible to implement
the software for members. We request that members assist in the design of the implementation plan. In this way,
the member and Plus&Minus can meet the goals of both organizations. Plus&Minus provides five implementation
plans and 50% refundable guarantee on our implementation services. The guarantee starts from the day a deposit is
received and up until thirty days after you go live. Our success is built on satisfied members who recommend us to
other business members. The implementation plan serves as the blueprint to keep the team focused on the ultimate
goal: meeting and exceeding the client’s business needs. This time-line plan identifies who is involved in each
step of the project and clarifies the project tasks. It delineates the reporting process, installation, testing
details, and staff training.
