Support and Client Care departments are
pleased to provide you with dependable support services that you can count
on. To receive technical support, you must have a Product Registration
Code. You should have already received this code upon purchasing the

We provide a number of phone support
options. All technical support is provided on either a Pay-As-You-Go
basis or as part of one of our SupportPlus
plans. See the support pricing table below.
If you are not
currently enrolled in a support plan and want to report a problem in
your Plus
& Minus
program or its online documentation, please send a fax to the
Problem Response Team at 713.465.5658. Please include your
name, Product Registration Code, a description of the problem, and a sample
report that illustrates the problem, along with any error messages. We
normally respond within two business days.
If you need advice on tax or accounting issues, please
contact your accountant or professional advisor.
If you want to suggest a product enhancement,
send an email with your suggestions to the Product
Development team.

Month-to-Month Support

Plus&Minus Technical Support Plan services are designed to meet members’ requirements from beginning to end.
Four levels of client support and product updates are offered. Plus&Minus Technical Support is provided Monday
through Friday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Platinum- Unlimited phone, email, Internet and product updates for a low monthly fee of $250 per month
- Gold- Seven issues a month by phone, email interent for a low monthly fee of $150.00 per month
- Silver- Provides support by the quarter-hour at $60 per quarter-hour. (15-minute increments)
- Bronze- Client support provides product updates for annual fee of $300 per year
(Platinum Support Plan is required for the first six months. The member can choose any of the above support plans after six months.)
