Our Technical Support and Client Care departments are pleased to provide you with dependable support that you can count on. We provide a number of phone support options. All technical support is provided on either a Pay-As-You-Go basis or as part of one of our Technical Support Plans listed below.

Technical Support Plans are designed to meet clients' requirements from beginning to end. Four levels of client support and product updates are offered. Technical Support is provided Monday through Friday from 6 am to 4:30 pm.
- Platinum: Unlimited phone, e-mail, Internet, and product updates
- Gold: Seven issues a month by phone, e-mail, and Internet
- Silver: Support by the quarter-hour (15-minute increments)
- Bronze: Product updates
The Platinum Support Plan is required for the first six months. After six months, any of the above support plans may be selected.
To receive Technical Support, you must have a Product Registration Code.
